Shipping Policy

BalsaBaits.com ships all orders UPS Ground anywhere in the continental USA. You will receive a tracking number for your order when it ships. BalsaBaits.com will inquire about order status upon request by the customer for orders 4 weeks from purchase or more.

Return Policy

Any returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be approved by BalsaBaits.com before refunds are given. Only unused baits will be accepted. A credit will be applied after BalsaBaits.com receives the returned baits and approves their condition. The refund will be applied to the payment method used during the original purchase. The refund may take 1-7 business days to fully process, depending on the payment type. Shipping and tax are not included in credit. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
